I first reached out to Chris about ADHD, and from there we began talking about health and lifestyle.
When we started, I was doing around 2,000 steps a day and relying heavily on caffeine just to function.
Chris helped me find simple ways to increase my daily movement, adjust my routine so I could actually get to the gym, and even get to a point where I was sleeping through the night. He's a genuinely supportive coach setting realistic targets and guiding you in a way that helps you help yourself.
During our time working together, I grew massively as a person and I still check in with him regularly. He's down to earth and has a heart of gold.

I joined Chris Parry Coaching in August 2024.
As a busy working mum, I struggled to fit into the rigid schedules of in-person trainers. Online coaching gave me the freedom to train at times that suited me, without compromising my routine.
